DELIVERIES WITHIN POLAND
Delivery methods:
We deliver shipments via DHL courier or In-Post (courier or parcel locker).
When ordering a product, you can choose the delivery method.
Shipping Cost:
We provide free delivery within Poland.
Order processing time*:
Orders placed and paid for by 12:00 on a business day – we make every effort to ensure that orders placed by 12:00 are packed and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed and paid for after 12:00 on a business day – will be packed and shipped on the next business day at the latest.
In exceptional situations, if the order processing time is to be different, we will inform you by e-mail or phone.
Delivery time is 1-2 business days. You will receive detailed information about the delivery together with the shipping confirmation. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. Orders are not processed on public holidays. *we operate in Poland, time is provided in Central European Time CET (UTC+1).
Taxes:
Nasze produkty są produkowane w Polsce i wysyłane z Polski.

Taxes and customs fees:
We produce in Poland and ship from Poland, which means from the European Union.
For orders from a European Union country, no additional customs fees are added.
The prices listed on the KISS.I.WEAR website (in PLN and EUR) include 23% VAT. When you select a delivery address within the European Union, the product price will be reduced by the amount of VAT.
For orders from outside the European Union, additional local customs duties, taxes and import fees must be paid upon receipt, which are not included in the shipping price. For detailed information on this subject, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
